Consignment Policies & Procedures
Wall to Wall Retro occasionally accepts consignment pieces. If you have something really fantastic from the 1940s-1970s that you're willing to offer to the public at a great price, we may be interested in working with you.

Please do not be offended if we are unable to accept your item for consignment at this time. There are many factors, including current stock, style, floor space, & demand that go into our decision. Your item may be fantastic, but it may not be the right fit for our store.
Wall to Wall Retro reserves the right to refuse any item, at any time. For example, in person condition of an item may differ from the impression we got from photos provided.

Consignment Agreement Terms
The seller will receive 50% of the sales price (the price the customer pays for the item).
Wall to Wall Retro will receive 50% of the sales price (the price the customer pays for the item).
If you are notified and asked to pick up your things and they are not removed from the store after a 7 day period, the item becomes the property of Wall to Wall Retro to be utilized at our discretion (donation, promotional, sales, personal, etc.)
You may change your mind at any time during the agreement & may remove your item from our store at anytime. However, if you remove the item within the first 90 days of the consignment contract, Wall to Wall Retro will collect a 10% fee (10% of the item's starting price). This fee allows us to recover costs (i.e. the floor space could've been utilized for sales during that time period).
If you notify us of your intention to remove an item from the store, you will have 7 business days (days open to the public) to remove the item from the store. If the item is not removed from the store after the 7 day period, the item becomes the property of Wall to Wall Retro and we will utilize the item at our discretion (donation, promotional, sales, personal, etc.)
You are responsible for getting your item(s) into and removed from Wall to Wall Retro. We may be able to offer pickup or delivery service for a fee.
Until the item is sold, picked up, or forfeited via violation of consignment agreement, you are the owner of the item. We treat our items with the greatest of care, but please be advised that we are not liable for any damage, wear, theft, fire, flood, or other circumstances that may occur with your item. You are leaving your item at Wall to Wall Retro at your own risk.
Checks may be picked up anytime on or after the 5th of the month. Please call the shop to find out if there are any sales for you.
